the meathook setup is real. kenny hung up then split down the middle, you can see the rig doing honest work and i respect it. then they ruin the whole thing. every arterial spray here is a video game cutscene, squib budget of zero, juice with no weight squirting off a guy who just fed both hands to the grinder. that's what kills me, the practical bones were RIGHT there. pitchfork, legs coming off, all built solid. and some kid at a keyboard paints over it. leatherface earns his keep. the comp artist owes us.
