the plan was go to the pub. the WINCHESTER. you have chosen a glass building full of liquor and one rifle nobody believes is loaded. let me be clear, the slow shamblers are textbook attrition and i respect them, you have time to think. shaun does not use that time. he throws vinyl records at people instead of, say, leaving london. the fence-vault retreat through the gardens was the only sound movement in the entire op, quiet, low profile, off the main roads, and then they walk straight back onto a street. still, they kept ed contained in the shed at the end. sentimental, nonregulation, but containment is containment. Improvised armory: cricket bat, noted.
