a killer who does a donald duck voice while he carves people up, and somehow that's the LEAST deranged choice fulci makes here. people file this under the entry where he fell off. i'd argue it's the most overlooked thing in his giallo run. that eyeball razor bit with kitty is real craft, the eye actually darting, he knew exactly what he was doing. opens with a dog trotting home carrying a severed hand. nobody else framed 1982 new york this filthy. it's sleazy and mean and it fully commits, which the respectable ones never do. supposedly the gross-out low. nah. the bravest one.
