the colin kill is the only time this thing lets itself off the leash. she pins the emo boy in that gutted house and goes to work, wet and slow, and you can hear it. the rest teases more than it serves, half the carnage a smear on the chin and a cut to black, which is a damn shame because megan fox is genuinely game to be a monster and seyfried sells the fear. the pool skimmer through the gut is a clean little gag too. i wanted three more rooms like that house. it's a dark comedy first so the splatter rides shotgun, fine, but i kept waiting for it to really cut loose and it stayed polite.
