I don't rate things five stars very often, but I have to say the Terrifier franchise is my absolute favorite, and I loved this movie.

a chainsaw runs clean down through two bodies in that shower and you can SEE the wet meat fighting the blade the whole way. pressurized squibs, real prosthetic torsos, blood fed through the blade itself. i was leaning off my couch like a man at church. then the santa freeze kill, liquid nitrogen, the beard ripped and the whole face goes with it. no digital cheat anywhere. they spent two million bucks and every dollar's on the slab. thornton does more with a clown's eyebrows than most leads do with a script. nobody else is doing practical at this volume right now. pure goods.
